The South Arm Marina is excited to offer Lake Charlevoix’s only Dry Slip Valet service for Summer 2025. We are currently accepting new vessels for our third year of this program. Please give us a call if you are interested.
How it works…The Basics:
South Arm Marina will store your boat year-round in one of our lakeside storage buildings. Dry Slip Valet requests are done exclusively through our online reservation system and your boat will be launched as requested ready-to-go at our marina. When your boat is returned to our designated valet slips, it will be hauled out and stored dry and free from the weather, lake grime, and typical boat covering and other hassles of a “wet” slip. As added flexibility, your boat may also be removed from storage if you desire to trailer your boat to another lake. Our Dry Slip Valet program requires an annual commitment and your boat to have a trailer, indoor year-round cold storage, maintenance, winterization, and commissioning performed at our facility. The membership fee includes 5 round trip in and out launches with additional launches available. The goal of this program is to provide our Dry Slip Valet members a hassle-free boating experience. Let us take care of everything and enjoy your boat!

Who is Dry Slip Valet for and not for:

-
Vacation home owners and boaters that are gone periodically or travel during the boating season and do not want to keep their boat in the water or deal with the concerns of a "wet" slip
-
-
Who is it not for:
-
Boaters that want to use their boat outside of the program’s hours, season, and parameters.
-
Boaters that want to use their slip space as a hangout spot.
